حذف حسابك في داري
١. من داخل التطبيق

هذا الزر قادم في التحديث القادم. حتى ذلك الحين استخدم طريقة البريد الإلكتروني بالأسفل.
٢. بالبريد الإلكتروني
أرسل رسالة من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل على حسابك إلى support@mydar.appsby.uk بعنوان «Delete my account».
سنرد على نفس العنوان لنتأكد منك قبل حذف أي شيء. هذا التأكيد هو خطوة التحقق، حتى لا يستطيع أحد حذف حساب شخص آخر. ونُتم الحذف خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
٣. ما الذي يُحذف
يختفي كل ذلك عن جيرانك فور الحذف، ويُمحى نهائيًا بعد ٣٠ يومًا.
- ملفك الشخصي: الاسم ورقم الهاتف والوحدة، في كل كومباوند سجّلت فيه.
- إعلاناتك في السوق.
- تقييماتك، وإعلاناتك للسكان، وتعليقاتك على الإعلانات.
- محادثاتك في السوق ورسائلها.
- الفنيون والأماكن التي أضفتها وكانت ما زالت بانتظار الموافقة وقت الحذف، ما لم يكتب عنها أحد جيرانك تقييمًا.
- تسجيل دخولك على كل أجهزتك، ورمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك، وأي إشعار عنك لم يُرسل بعد.
- صورة إثبات السكن، وهي تُحذف أصلًا بعد ٧ أيام من مراجعة طلبك.
٤. ما الذي يُحتفظ به، ولماذا
الفنيون والأماكن التي أضفتها واعتُمدت في أي وقت تبقى بدون اسمك، لأن جيرانك يعتمدون عليها وكتبوا عنها تقييماتهم.
سجل الإشراف في الكومباوند يحتفظ بأن إجراءً قد حدث: من قام به، وما هو، ومتى. السبب أن العضو الذي يُستبعد لا ينبغي أن يستطيع محو سجل حظره بسبب مضايقة جيرانه مثلًا.
بعد ٣٠ يومًا يُحذف اسمك وأي سبب مكتوب كنص حر من هذا السجل.
إذا كان هناك بلاغ مفتوح عن شيء نشرته أو عن محادثة أنت طرف فيها، يبقى ذلك الشيء مخفيًا عن الجميع عدا المشرف حتى يُبت في البلاغ، ثم يُمحى.
إذا انضممت إلى الكومباوند مرة أخرى قبل مرور ٣٠ يومًا، يتوقف المحو هناك، ويبقى ما أُخفي مخفيًا.
٥. حذف جزئي
يمكنك في أي وقت أن تحذف إعلانًا أو تقييمًا أو رسالة واحدة بنفسك من داخل التطبيق، دون حذف حسابك.
Delete your Mydar account
1. In the app
Account → Delete my account.
This button is coming in the next update. Until then, use the email route below.
2. By email
Send an email from the email address registered on your account to support@mydar.appsby.uk with the subject “Delete my account”.
We reply to that address to confirm before anything is deleted. That confirmation is the verification step, so nobody can delete someone else's account. We complete the deletion within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
All of this disappears from your neighbours the moment you delete, and is erased for good after 30 days.
- Your profile: name, phone number and unit, in every compound you registered with.
- Your marketplace listings.
- Your reviews, neighbour announcements and comments on announcements.
- Your marketplace conversations and their messages.
- Pros and places you added that were still awaiting approval when you deleted, unless a neighbour has reviewed one.
- Your sign-in on every device, your device's push notification token, and any notification about you not yet sent.
- Your proof-of-residence photo, which is already removed 7 days after your request is reviewed.
4. What is kept, and why
Pros and places you added that were ever approved stay without your name, because your neighbours rely on them and have reviewed them.
The compound's moderation log keeps a record that an action happened: who acted, what they did, and when. This is so that a removed member cannot erase the record of, for example, being blocked for harassing neighbours.
After 30 days, your name and any free-text reason in that log are removed.
If a report is still open about something you posted, or about a conversation you were in, that item stays hidden from everyone but the moderator until the report is decided, and is then erased.
If you rejoin the compound within the 30 days, the erasure there stops, and what was hidden stays hidden.
5. Deleting only some of your data
You can delete a single listing, review or message yourself in the app at any time, without deleting your account.
